Terms of service

The rules that apply when you use Boreal IPTV. Please read them before you order.

1. The service

Boreal IPTV provides access to live TV channels and on-demand content over the internet, for viewing in an IPTV player app on your own devices. The channel line-up and on-demand catalogue can change over time without notice.

2. Free trial

We may offer one free trial per household so you can test the service before paying. We may refuse or end a trial in case of abuse.

3. Orders and payment

  • Orders are placed by WhatsApp or email.
  • Prices are shown in Canadian dollars on our pricing page. We confirm the total and the available payment options with you before you pay.
  • Your subscription starts when your login is activated.

4. No automatic renewal

Plans do not renew automatically. When your plan ends, access stops unless you choose to renew.

5. Number of screens

Each plan allows a set number of screens to watch at the same time (1, 2 or 3, or more if agreed). Using more screens at once than your plan allows may interrupt playback.

6. Personal use

Your subscription is for personal, private viewing in your household. You may not resell, share publicly, rebroadcast or show the service in a commercial venue.

7. Your equipment and internet

You are responsible for having a compatible device, a suitable IPTV player app and a home internet connection fast enough for streaming. Picture quality depends on your connection and network.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service running smoothly but cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a specific channel or event will be available. Maintenance and third-party issues can affect playback.

9. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our refund policy.

10. Suspension

We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, for example in case of resale, public sharing or abuse.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.

12. Changes and contact
